Coins You Earn While the Game is Closed Should Count Toward Quests

game closed means, when you close the game, log off, close facebook, shut off your computer . close the game.
What does game closed mean. Closed by me? closed by cafeland? please help.

The game continue to earn coins, serve dishes and cook the food while the game is closed. So, why on earth would a Quest/Goal not be credited unless the game is kept open?
