2018/04/11 ALL floor tiles disappeared

Also, I have to refresh the game every five minutes or so.
wow 5 months have passed, this is what i wrote to them yesterday:
"so many glitches in the game today and all my floor tiles disappeared and they are all back to the ivory color as if i started over, and no they are not in the warehouse, i spent so much money..when it is going to be fixed?"
and only had answered by saying do not make any changes on the floor. thats it. 5 months have passed. no updates. no compensation or whatsoever. im on a very advanced level over 500.
if you cant fix it, you gotta compensate,with all that green money and coins spent on the floor, and say something.

Unfortunately, we do not respond to lost item requests as the game is regularly checked and the items do not disappear from the warehouse.

Such a great way to treat players like that. Spent at least 1 million coins on floor tiles and i dont even know how much i spent with cash. To say the game is regularly checked, what a joke! How many times, how many players complain about all the bugs we had until now. I'm Done.
