Does anyone know what the most profitable dish to cook is? 

I try to cook only dishes that sell for 20 gold or higher.  I usually cook maple roasted acorn squash overnight on all my stoves and sell it all with rich berry sauce when I reach maximum (50,000 or so) for a million gold.  If you're looking to level up fast I cook panzanella on all available stoves.
