Cafeland Support

Hi for about a week now I have been visiting my neighbors and it's still not counting on the Level 3 Easter challenge, this will probably loose me my credits for the task and Also when I set my stoves and go back at the proper times they're either spoiled or gone....which again I lose credits to pay for the dish to be made and for the dish being served. Could someone please look into this and get back to me...thanks so much

I Can't Even Visit My Neighbors..Can't Arrow to the next Screen to Visit ...(Seems to Be Stuck) please help 

when visiting neighbors, i cant request, send or accept gifts. its only on cafeland and not other games. i am using google chrome and have to switch to internet explorer to do so...
