Cafeland Support

A couple of my friends have an issue with their arrow buttons not working. They can't visit more than the few neighbors that can be seen..the highest level neighbors.  Any ideas how to fix this or what the problem could be? 

I am having this problem. Not just my neighbor bar but also when I try to click on my inventory or shop.

İ had the same problem, but now i have fix it.

İ have disable my installed "Adblocker" for the cafeland-site

and now i can visit all my neighbors.

My arrows on my neighbour bar is frozen and I can only visit the first 4 neighbours.  I disabled the ad blocker but that did not help

My arrows is frozen and I can only visit 4 neighbors, I disabled the ad blocker but that did not help nor refreshing.  How can this be fixed?

I'm having the same problem  - tried to disable the ad blocker but did not help.  Is there something else I can do or do you have specific instructions on disabling the ad blocker?  Help....
